The company purchased a new CNC lathe and milling machine for the tool workshop. We already had CNC lathes and milling machines in our arsenal. The new machine not only combines the functionality of both, but also has a number of additional options that will allow us to perform more complex work. One clamping can realize the processing of multiple curved surfaces or complex curved surfaces of the part, which greatly simplifies the complexity of clamping the workpiece and the tooling system, and also reduces the clamping time and non-production time.

We also received a guillotine for cutting rubber and a press for pressing and packing waste from raw materials packaging. The equipment is already used both for the needs of the preparation workshop and the enterprise in total. Now we can sort certain waste much faster and store/transport it more compactly.
