Organic-Silicone Pipes

General description:
          Organic-silicone pipes made by extrusion (forcing through a die) of silicone rubber compound. The pipes are intended for use as insulating material and have increased insulation class compared to similar products from other polymeric materials.

           Scope of use:

Organic-silicone pipes are used for electrical insulation of current-carrying elements of a variety of AC and DC industrial and household electrical devices  (at the current frequency from 500 Hz to 660 V of the type I and up to 1000 V of the type II). Silicone pipes can be operated at temperatures ranging from – 60 ° C to + 180˚S , thus they belong to a class  N of heat resistance .

Conditions of Use:
          Basic requirements for the preparation and installation:
      The pipes are used for the basic and additional insulation of outlet and installation of electrical wiring, including bundles of insulated wire and insulated wires routed separately.
          Pipes operating at DC and AC voltage up to 1000 V with 50 Hz frequency, they are produced in two types:
          – Version I – at voltages up to 660 V;
          – Version II – at up to 1000 V.
          The pipes are non-toxic, resistant to flame propagation, chemically stable, flexible and efficient in the operating temperature range of -60 ° C to + 200 ° C.

        Rules of installation at the operating site:
          During installation of the pipes, requirements of electric and fire safety shall be taken into account. Wire insulation, methods of laying cables and wires shall be in compliance with the regulatory documents on cabling.

Basic regulations of operation of the product:
           Basic insulation completely covers the conductive parts and can withstand the mechanical, electrical, chemical, thermal and other impacts arising during operation.

The service life of the pipes is 8 years in air at 180 ° C.
Rules of deployment of the pipes are in accordance with the EAR (Rules of Use of Electric Appliances).
