Kievguma LLC has joined the National Cashback programme of state support initiated by the President of Ukraine. The programme is designed to support the most vulnerable segments of the population and is implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the National Bank and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Its main feature is that it operates exclusively in a non-cash form and only with sellers who are subject to the general taxation system.

From now on, when purchasing goods manufactured by Kievguma LLC, the consumer will receive 10% of their cost. The maximum cashback amount is UAH 3,000 per month. The funds can be spent on:

• medical services, sports, cinema, food outlets;
• transport, mobile communications, utilities and other services;
• it will also be possible to donate to charity and the Armed Forces or buy military bonds.

The National Cashback will be available for purchases and payments with a payment card (salary, pension, credit, etc.) for Ukrainian goods, except for excisable goods.

How can consumers join the programme?

• Apply for a virtual card in your mobile banking application or a physical card at the bank to which the state will transfer funds.
• Grant permission to transfer transaction data from selected cards when purchasing goods in stores that have joined the programme.
• Update the Diia mobile application and select the National Cashback service.

The accrued cashback can be checked the next day in the Diia application. Cashback will be credited to the card once a month until the 20th of the following month. It will not be possible to withdraw cash for cashback. Only the possibility of cashless payment for services is provided. The funds accrued in 2024 can be used until 31 January 2025.

The National Cashback programme is not only a way to help people, but also an opportunity for businesses to support their customers in difficult times.
