On October 1, an event dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine was held at KYIVGUMA LLC.

On this day, the whole country honored those who, with weapons in their hands, stand in defense of our freedom, independence, and future. This is not just a memorable date — it is a day of deep gratitude, respect, and honor to all who serve or have served, who sacrifice themselves for the sake of Ukraine.

KYIVGUMA LLC does not stand aside at this important time. We support the Ukrainian military — we help units, provide the necessary through charitable foundations, and we also personally know the strength and courage of our colleagues.

Among the employees of our enterprise are 40 colleagues whose destinies are closely connected with the defense of Ukraine. These are both those who passed the front and returned to civilian life, and those who continue to serve in the ranks of the Armed Forces today. Among them are the wounded and, unfortunately, the dead.

With deep sadness and respect, we remembered our fallen colleagues – Taras Melnichuk and Roman Semerenko. Their feat will forever remain in the hearts of the team and in the history of our enterprise.

During the event, the company’s team, together with the families of the dead, gathered to honor our fallen soldiers with a minute of silence. We congratulated our colleagues who returned to us from the front, and also remembered those who are currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Also on this day, we started a new tradition – signing the flag by our fellow defenders. This is a symbol-amulet from our military, a story of courage and hope for the future.

We sincerely thank every defender of Ukraine. Thanks to you, we can work, support the economy and build the future.
