On July 12, a ceremony was held to celebrate the winners of the “Family Friendly Enterprise” competition organized by the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry. As one of the most experienced and oldest members of the chamber (Kyivguma has been a member since 1955), our enterprise became the general partner of this competition.

Kyivguma is an enterprise where family values are one of the priorities of the company’s social policy. Recognizing and honoring companies that actively work to create favorable conditions for their employees and promote the development of family values is a crucial component in popularizing both the companies themselves and the socially-oriented policies of enterprises that are just starting out on this way.

We hope that every year there will be more and more worthy enterprises-contestants that support family values and take care of providing better opportunities for employees to achieve a balance between work and family
